Facilities Use

The Grand Canyon School District welcomes the use of its facilities for all activities. You may also make a request to use our facilities for your overnight adventure to Grand Canyon National Park.

*There will be a $25 to $50 charge per day in addition to the above for arrivals and departures
outside of normal school hours, 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday.  No arrivals later than 9:30 p.m.

Class I                    Activities considered to be directly associated with the school district.

1.        School sponsored activities for students.

2.        School related groups and organizations, boosters, etc.

3.        Non-profit organizations sponsoring activities for district children, such as Scouts, etc.

4.        In-service job related training for district personnel

Class II                   Non-profit service organizations.

1.        Schools outside of Grand Canyon Unified School District #4

2.        Churches

3.        Service Clubs

Class III                 Activities sponsored by commercial or profit-making groups

Class IV                 Organizations not covered by I, II, III above and who negotiate written
                              agreements.

Hold Harmless Agreement

The authorized representative executing the application on this form in consideration of receiving permission to use school facilities for himself/herself and the organization represented and its members release the Grand Canyon Unified School District #4, its Governing Board members, officials, employees, and agents from all claims and liability arising from or during use of school facilities, and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless said released parties from all claims of any nature. 

Signature below acknowledges that the authorized representative has read and agrees to abide by all terms on both sides of this form including, but not limited to, Hold Harmless Agreement.
