Letter from the Governing Board
Dear Parents:
Your child is
starting a new school year at Grand Canyon School. We hope it will
be a positive and exciting learning experience.
Our most
important concern is your child. Our goal is to further his/her
education and total development. In order to be successful in
this, it is necessary for us to have a great deal of cooperation from
many people: parents, students, teachers, administration and the
community.
We would deeply
appreciate parental involvement in the Grand Canyon Schools, and we are
looking forward to working with you this year. We welcome your
suggestions and desire to know your concerns. We invite you to
visit your child’s classroom or activities at any time. If you
have any questions concerning curriculum, activities, programs, etc.,
please either call or visit the Principal’s office.
We have had
this booklet prepared for you and your child. It contains
necessary rules and regulations and information which we hope will be
helpful.
