Welcome to the Grand Canyon Unified School District help desk page. On this page, you will find useful links and information on how to get support for your technology issues.

To access the HelpDesk, click on the "Click Here to Login to the HelpDesk" link under the links section and enter your username and password. For information on using the technology resources at the district, please review any of the links under the “training materials” section.

How to Request Support
The best way to request support is to send an e-mail message to the HelpDesk account through Outlook. The e-mail address is listed in the global address list when you open Outlook, or you can just type "HelpDesk" as the recipient (without the quotes).

If your issue is critical and you need to speak with someone immediately, please call us toll free at 888-224-6733, then select option 1 for technical support.  Once your issue has been received (via e-mail or telephone call), we will begin working on it immediately.

Please try to submit your issues through e-mail if possible, as this is the most efficient way to contact us, and for us to track your issues. Once you create an issue via e-mail, all subsequent e-mails will be attached to your issue, and you can view activity on your issue by logging into the HelpDesk.
