    September 8, 2020 is the first day of Distance Learning for all students

    In-person learning is expected to begin on October 12

    All new students must provide the following documents:

    Birth Certificate
    Proof of Residency
    Emergency contact info - Names and phone numbers
    Previous School Information - Name and phone number
    CIB if Native American
    Court Orders if applicaple
    Official High School Transcript mailed to PO Box 519, Grand Canyon, AZ 86023, Att: Registrar

    Proof of Residency

    506 Form - Required for Native American students ONLY

    Free or Reduced Lunch Application - English

    Forms and documents may be emailed to studentregistration@grandcanyonschool.org, faxed at 928-638-2045 Att: Registrar, or you may drop them off at the school office, Mon-Thu from 8am to 4pm.
