How to submit a technology request
The best way to request support is to send an e-mail message to the HelpDesk account through your school gmail. The e-mail address is firstname.lastname@example.org
If your issue is critical and you need to speak with someone immediately, please call us at 928-638-2461 ext 431. Once your issue has been received (via e-mail or telephone call), we will begin working on it immediately.
Please try to submit your issues through e-mail if possible, as this is the most efficient way to contact us, and for us to track your issues. Once you create an issue via e-mail, all subsequent e-mails will be attached to your issue.
