Public Participation Form
We value input from our community. Members of the public may speak to the Board regarding items that are not on the Agenda. To do so, a Public Participation at Board Meetings form must be completed at least 2 hours before the start of the Board meeting.
Submission can be made by completing the Online Request Form
Alternately, you can print the Paper Form and scan or take a picture of it and return it by email to Susan Kerly at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please be aware that members of the Board may not discuss items that are not specifically identified on the agenda. Therefore, pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.01(H), action taken as a result of public comment will be limited to directing staff to study the matter, responding to any criticism or scheduling the matter for further consideration and decision at a later date. Please also remember, this is not an appropriate place to evaluate, discuss, or criticize District personnel.
